Taylor Swift’s incredibly ambitious Eras Tour has arrived in Santa Clara, California, where she will play a few concerts at Levi’s Stadium this weekend.
Taylor Swift, a 33-year-old pop diva, chose to show her followers on TikTok how she maneuvers the large arenas she is now performing in before the first concert on Friday. In the footage, Taylor Swift’s can be seen riding a golf cart with a few companions around the hallways.
The relaxing ride, however, quickly became comical when her father, Scott Swift, abruptly rode up behind them on a segway and transformed it into a playful race. In the video, Scott Swift can be seen stomping on the sidewalks to keep up with his daughter’s golf cart.
Taylor Swift included a portion of the Chamillionaire song “Ridin’,” featuring Bone Thugs-n-Harmony rapper Krayzie Bone, into the video in line with the silly racing motif. As Taylor’s father tries to catch up, the song’s words, “They see me rollin’ – They hatin’ – Patrollin’ and tryna catch me ridin’ dirty,” can be heard.
The video switches to Taylor Swift, who is having a good time as she maintains a lead over her father on her golf cart while the popular song continues.
Taylor captions the video with a humorous reference to her father’s antics: “dads on his segway s**t again.” Over 60,000 ardent Swifties attended the Friday performance at the outdoor Santa Clara venue; Tommy Dorfman and Gigi Hadid are among the superfans included. Source
